A training plan for the transitional period at the highest possible level, encompassing every aspect of an athlete’s training aimed at substantial improvement.
The training program will be divided into sections that include the following:
Individual Technical Improvement based on the athlete’s competition identity. Each exercise execution will be under pressure and at high intensity. Video analysis of incorrect technical execution, recognition of areas needing improvement.
Athletic Development/Strengthening and Physical Conditioning tailored to the needs of basketball.
Nutrition and Recovery, nutritional advice to support performance, and special recovery techniques.
Small Sided Games Training, a combination of individual skill and adaptation to competitive conditions (limited time for shooting, different roles in a game situation, emphasis on specific condition details).
5 on 5, Situational Basketball, special conditions, crunch time options. All competitive games on a daily basis will have specific conditions under which athletes will compete, creating a demanding competitive reality and allowing them to gain invaluable experience (game scenarios, strategic situation analysis, and decision-making during the game).
Mental Toughness Training: exercises that enhance psychological resilience, such as pressure simulations or relaxation techniques.
Strategic Thinking: presentation of how an athlete can analyze the game and adapt to situations.
This specific training plan has only 20 available spots for participation, and athlete participation will be approved through a three-step evaluation process.
